8. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it, as well as the right to limit its processing / the right to withdraw consent, the right to transfer data, the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
9. You have the right to request confirmation from Administrator to whether personal data relating to you is being processed, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the EU GDPR regulation.
10. The data may be made available to other recipients in order to perform the contract with you, in order to perform the incumbent on Diligent LTD a legal obligation based on your consent or for purposes arising from the legitimate interests of the administrator or a third party.
11. The recipients may be in particular: authorized employees of Diligent LTD. as well as other institutions legally authorized to receive your data on the basis of relevant legal provisions.
12. The data is also transferred to data processors at the request of Diligent LTD and their authorized employees, where such entities process data on the basis of a contract with Diligent LTD and only in accordance with the instructions of Diligent LTD. and subject to professional secrecy. You can obtain a copy of the data transferred to a third country after submitting such a request to the Personal Data Administrator. The transfer of data to a third country may also take place after obtaining your consent. In accordance with the above, your data will be transferred to a third country pursuant to art. 49 sec. 1 letter a and art. 49 sec. 1 letter b of the GDPR.
You have the right to:
a. request access to your data, as well as demand their rectification, restriction of their processing or their removal;
b. withdraw at any time prior consent to the processing of data to the extent to which this consent relates, with the proviso that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
c. request the transfer of the delivered Diligent LTD. data processed by you in order to conclude and perform the contract or processed on the basis of consent. The transfer consists in receiving from Diligent LTD. Your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to send them to another data controller, if technically possible. The right does not apply to data that are the company's secret Diligent LTD;
d. submit a complaint to the supervisory body, President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the GDPR;
e. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of data at any time:
i. for reasons related to your particular situation, when Diligent LTD processes data for purposes resulting from legitimate interests (Article 21 (1) of the GDPR),
ii. for purposes related to direct marketing, including profiling for marketing purposes, to the extent that data processing is related to direct marketing (Article 21 (2) of the GDPR).
Diligent LTD may request additional information necessary to confirm your identity.
The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy, which may be affected by the development of internet technology, or possible changes to the law on the protection of personal data.
