You have the right to:
a. request access to your data, as well as demand their rectification, restriction of their processing or their removal;
b. withdraw at any time prior consent to the processing of data to the extent to which this consent relates, with the proviso that the withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
c. request the transfer of the delivered Diligent LTD. data processed by you in order to conclude and perform the contract or processed on the basis of consent. The transfer consists in receiving from Diligent LTD. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy, which may be affected by the development of internet technology, or possible changes to the law on the protection of personal data.
